Howell’s Mercantile Strawberry Vinaigrette Salad with Grilled Chicken

A healthy and refreshing salad topped with one of our favorite Howell's Mercantile dressings! :)

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ lbs Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Cup Italian dressing
  • 5 oz Box baby spinach
  • 2 Cups Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 Cup Purple onion, sliced into thin wedges
  • 8 Slices of bacon, fried and crumbled
  • ½ Cup feta cheese
  • Howell’s Mercantile Strawberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in Italian dressing for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Grill chicken and slice into strips 
  2. In a 9"x13" baking dish, layer spinach, strawberries, onion, bacon, and feta cheese. Top with grilled chicken.
  3. Just before serving, liberally drizzle salad with Howell’s Mercantile Vinaigrette and enjoy!
