1/2 cup rolled oats
1 TBSP chia seeds
1 TBSP creamy almond butter (may substitute peanut butter)
1/2 cup oat milk (may substitute dairy milk)
1 TBSP Howell's Mercantile BEAR Jam
1 tsp chopped pistachios (we like the shelled pistachios)
- Add oats, oat milk, chia seeds, BEAR jam, almond butter, and chopped pistachios to an empty Howell's Mercantile Jar.
- Shake ingredients and leave them in the refrigerator overnight.
- Enjoy the next morning
- Oats are good for 2-3 days
